Banyan Tree Dubai at Bluewaters

Feels like even though you are in Dubai you are completely disconnected and feels like a real break. Facilities are amazing. Rooms are a little claustrophobic as you have a wall up in front of you with a huge TV but its clean and a lot of attention to detail

Only thing would probably be the room just needs a little more space but otherwise nothing

The room was well designed it was different than any other hotel i stayed at

The smell of the candles in the rooms was horrible

This is by far the best resort I have stayed in Dubai and my current benchmark. Starting from the service, the employees and the overall ambiance just top notch.

I thought the breakfast was buffet but it is menu-based, but it was still delicious. It would be good to consider adding buffet instead as when it is busy it is not as easy to constantly order. It would also be great if the customers get a map of the resort to explore what’s available and even the staff can explain in detail

Super super Excellent Staff , very clean rooms , elegant , staff are always willing to help . Food is excellent , clean food , luxury hotel , One of Unique :)

Nothing everything is excellent

It was amazing

It was new clean and modern

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and attentive staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for—nothing was ever too much trouble. Their genuine smiles and personal touches made our stay feel truly special. The food was another highlight. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or a romantic dinner, every dish exceeded our expectations. And then there’s the pool—absolutely breathtaking! Crystal-clear water, plenty of comfortable loungers, and a serene atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The staff even brought us cool towels and refreshments while we relaxed, which was such a thoughtful touch. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. This hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for outstanding service, delicious dining, and a gorgeous poolside experience. Highly recommend! Thank you for an unforgettable stay❣️

Everything was amazing from staff to the food and beach!

The AC was warm ?

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options for every dietary need and the staff are always happy to make adjustments so that you can enjoy your breakfast. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. All of the employees are the best part of this hotel. They do everything with their heart hoping to make your stay the best experience. The adult pool was an amazing plus, I love that the hotel is accepting and accommodating of families with children but it was great to have an adult pool for everyone who came without kids.

What really bothered us throughout our stay was the cleanliness. From a distance everything is in order but there are quite a few shortcomings. Our sheets had stains on them multiple days through our 11 day stay, either there is something wrong with the washing or these stains are overlooked, in either case this should not be happening. the sun-beds all have stains, holes or rips in them, I would recommend replacing some of them and giving a good wash to the others. The towels for the sun-beds are also quite used, we only had one or two that didn't either have a hole or rip in them.

The location was good as well as the kind and pro active staff.Kids area was great too. Very well designed for the babies.

Nothing as such but there is room for improvement in the breakfast being offered and the room design/space where more focus is given on the bathroom area than the room.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal. Our rooms were large and comfortable.

amazing hotel very clean and spacious. staff are very friendly and professional. everything was perfect.

Everything was beyond amazing Staff were so professional and polite ..Rooms are always clean Facilities are amazing Best hotel I have been so far … and will be coming back again !!!❤️

Everything was perfect

Rooms are exceptional, so is the breakfast and service

Fit out during the stay, creating noise through the day

It’s very modern elegant ?and the staff are super super kind specially Mike at the pool side and Hamza at reception.?

I loved every thing the price the room the atmosphere the staff the pool , everything

Nothing - wanted more variation in the pool cocktails ?

The place is still new, many small compliments, convenient beach access.

More serviced apartments feel than a hotel

We had a fantastic stay! The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a great place for families very kids friendly with lots to do. The restaurants were amazing, and every meal was delicious. A special thanks to Aida or aita, who went above and beyond by giving us a late checkout until 3 PM and arranging a half-board meal at Alize Restaurant. it made things so much easier with our toddler. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing getaway!

The only small issue was the conditioner bottle, which was a bit frustrating the product was too thick for the container, making it hard to use. Overall, highly recommended

What truly made my stay memorable was the incredible staff. From the front desk to housekeeping and other team members, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction stood out.The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Everything was arranged to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and a great stay.

I liked mostly the staff specifically Praju our frontdesk, such a cheerful lady, made our stay extra special and the attention to the details from the aroma to the sounds in the hotel everything was top notch ??

I liked Caesars and I like Banyan Tree coz it is like home: mostly tasty food, shisha, good mood, really kind staff and nice beach view, fast housekeeping.

Nobody met us for 5 minutes as at the reception at the night, earnings were disappearing from the room, still bad ( like it was in the Caesars) hot water managing, pool work delays due to kids shitting there, really overrated TakaHisa restaurant but generally it is good place to chill)
